The staff here were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of this hotel is excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the two harbors on Lipari. Despite being in a relatively quiet area just outside the center of town, we found it very convenient to explore the island.

Good location, 10mins walk from marina, main restaurant street and old town. Good breakfasts. Rooms were fine, good showers, air con and space.

Very overpriced, more of a 3 than 4 star hotel. Pool was small and very close to rooms, not spacious or comfortable to laze around. Reception wasn't very helpful and English not great.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist and provide useful information. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and lovely linens. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor space with a view, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of pastries and freshly sliced meat and cheese. The location was ideal, close to both the town center and the marina, making it easy to explore and take excursions. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

Elvira the receptionist was the highlight! When we had an issue, she was exceptionally good at resolving, prompt, responsive and managed a busy reception desk with ease (thank you!!) Lots of facilities. The spa looked to be beautiful

Pool area and lounger space limited There was very little difference between the different room classes - all a similar size, but the higher end rooms did have a nice terrace

We had a lovely time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and shops. We especially appreciated the short walk to the marina, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a fitness room.

The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience.

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were picked up from the port. Staff were very helpful and friendly the second we arrived. Rooms were nice. The pool looked amazing at night all lit up. Good location close to the Main Street where the shops, restaurants and action is at night. Buffet breakfast was great! So much to choose from. Definitely go back there and recommend it!

We loved staying at this boutique hotel, as it was ultra-convenient to everything in the city center. It was very close to restaurants and shops and still in a comparatively quiet area. The staff was outstanding, and all of the hotel facilities were extremely clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included and had many different kinds of pastries and a nice selection of meat and cheese. The hotel also had a great transportation system with a free shuttle bus that assisted with ferry arrival and departure.

Everything was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Staff at front desk not very helpful. Couldn't recommend any restaurants in Lipari. Not knowledgable about directions to beaches a bit further afield. Wifi didn't work in my room.I had to go to common area to use iPad.

The hotel is clean, with a nice Liparian atmosphere. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The room was small, but they upgraded us to a bigger one. The twice a day housekeeping was a plus.
